Born from Purpose
It started with a question every parent eventually asks: Do my children know where their food actually comes from?
In 2014, Drs. Eric and Jennifer Gonyon broke ground on a small patch of Plant City soil with something simple but powerful — a conviction that their family would know the truth behind every meal. That eggs come from chickens. That honey is made by bees.
What began as a lesson for their children grew into something neither of them could have predicted. Neighbors started stopping by. Friends asked for a dozen eggs, then seeds, then advice. The harvest of knowledge became just as important as the harvest of food.
